We ship PostNL and delivery only to Europe, Flat rate shipping of €6.50 normally delivery time is 1-2 days in the Netherlands. 

We can arrange for a pick up, choose the option to pickup in Amstelveen in the checkout and we will get in contact with you.

Because Soap by me works with natural products, we can not offer returns for the soaps. If for any reason you would like to return a product, please contact us within 3 working days explaining the issue,  we want you to be happy with your order and we will work together to find an acceptable solution.
Once tracking number has been provided, no changes can be made to the order. Please note that if the shipping address given is incorrect and is returned, it is the buyer's responsibility to arrange a new shipping.
